I came here for the first time a while ago after reading all the positive reviews. I just had my second appointment yesterday and have both times been really impressed by the salon. They make getting your hair cut a really lovely experience from start to finish with a head massage, massage chairs during hair wash, to a lovely selection of hot drinks. It’s clear they put customer service as their number one and go above and beyond. Both times I have had Baris who is a lovely man and listens to what I want and delivers. I popped in on the off chance of having my fringe cut and was welcomed in.It was my first visit and I was made to feel very comfortable and waited no time.The stylist listened and worked with what I was thinking to change and I was very happy with the outcome. She said if I felt I would like more cut from my fringe I could come back.I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this salon.

This salon is one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to in a long time. They have thought of every small detail, from massage chairs when having your hair washed to amazing refreshments on offer. My hair stylist was Joanna and she was amazing! She trimmed my fringe perfectly and was patience with my long hair. I am very fussy when it comes to my hair but it looked amazing and I was really happy with my curly volumed hair. Highly recommend Joanna- she is a fantastic hairdresser!!!

Great staff very welcoming and courteous. I came here for the first time because of their reviews and definitely Baris is excellent hairstylist/hairdresser. For the first time here in North Finchley I found a place that can really do my hair as my hair is long, thick and dark hair. Normally every time I have my hair done in other salon I am dissatisfied until I decided to cut my own hair for 3 years but one day I was passing Indulgence I thought I should have a try and read the reviews. Most of the ladies mentioned Baris as an excellent hairstylist so I said to myself I should try and yes he did not turn me down, I let him decide what is the best to my skin tone and he really blended well my hair highlights. I had the director colour my hair and he wouldn't let me leave until the colour came out perfect, even though it meant he coloured it multiple times to get the perfect tone he only charged me for the first time, with a discount and fraction of the price too. Absolutely love these guys and the swanky salon. I get offered free services for hair at some of the top celebrity salons often. None of them can lift my hair colour without it looking like straw after. Gee and Barish can lift my very dark hair with Blonde highlights and its still soft. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I’ve always come to this salon and have Barish do my hair but not on a regular basis however, after today I will go nowhere else for my hair cuts. He is an absolute master in his field. This really is a lovely salon, all the staff are friendly and very attentive.I had a whole head of high lights and asked for some dark to reduce the block blond look I had.I wasn’t so keen on it ( was a great job). But a little dark for me as used to being so blond I think ,which I knew might be the case. Baris was so sweet and said no problem come back the next day and made me a bit blonder. Absolutely love it. The cut Baris gave me is amazing and he also does a fabulous blow dry !You get a lovely head massage too when having it washed and conditioned….. and a massage in the chair.There’s a lovely feel of warmth amongst the staff.A lovely treat and great way to spend some time relaxing.Coffee and biscuits 🍪 too.Well done to Barish and his wife for such a great hairdressers.

A lovely young woman washed my hair and gave a head massage . Followed up by tea & biscuits . What a friendly team of juniors and top stylists especially Nikoo ! This is the only salon I will consider going to, the staff are all so friendly and they have always put me at ease. It’s very organised, they have a chart of each person’s history, so if you dye your hair a colour and come back for the next visit, they have a history of all previous treatments so you can repeat the exact same treatments with no stress! Very enjoyable experience everytime I go, would really recommend.

I have been driving past for years and now I wish I had gone to this salon sooner. Everything was down to a T, from the atmosphere right down to the service, all 5 stars. In particular, the attentiveness from all staff. From senior staff to juniors. Will definitely be revisiting and quite possibly my new hair salon. Nikoo and Alex done a fantastic job on my colour and cut and blow dry. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Oh and free parking all around is a BONUS.

I went to the newly refurbished Indulgence today and it looks absolutely stunning it has a very elegant feel to it. The service was excellent as usual and they have the most amazing chairs where you receive a massage as you have your hair washed. It's definitely the jewel in the crown in Sussex Ring. I couldn't recommend the experience enough. I don't think it gets better than this.I went with my two children who are always given VIP treatment. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done indulgence!

The best hairdressers by a mile. I have tried many in the area and in London , no one compares to Baris and Lara . Don't waste your time going anywhere else .
