Went for hair cut after my regular hair dresser had moved. I was a bit hesitant as my hair is thick and voluminous(not easy to find people who knows how to style this kind of hair).Baris was very confident that he could give me the look I was after and I am happy I went there.

Both my son and daughter have used this salon for a number of years and we are all very happy with the end results.My daughter now regularly travels down from Cheltenham, and ensures that her hair appointments are included with her visits to us.

Whenever I visit this hair dresser I have an absolutely wonderful experience. The service and the staff are always fantastic. I have been getting my hair highlighted and cut here for months now and I am always absolutely thrilled with the results. Baris always listens closely and delivers the look I want. The salon has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and the entire team is hands on, friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Lovely staff. Can't complain about this. Colour all good.Just one down stairs as I found a handful of hairs on my arm, after washing and putting a conditioner.I think the colour was to strong or they keep to long my hair before wash off.Few weeks later I notice hair are falling and so dry 😢 now.

Today I tried this salon for the first time and I can easily say that I will be their forever customer.Baris, the hair stylist was so talented and I had my hair cut with him by showing a picture that I found on pinterest. And the result was better than the picture I showed!Elena was also so welcoming and talented, she did one of the best blow drys that I ever had, and she also did a head massage which was so calming.Highly recommended 10/10

Baris gave me the most stunning highlights without drying out my hair alongside a beautiful trim. The consultation was great, he listened to what I wanted & proceeded to deliver. He was attentive, explained every part of the process & went through the aftercare thoroughly. The salon is immaculate & the staff are equally attentive. The added perk of having my hair washed on a massage chair was the icing on the cake for me.I highly recommend!!!

It was lovely, my daughter (pre-teen age) loved it. The experience was incredible for her as she got a scalp massage by the lady with the pink hair which was amazing and a fabulous experience with Kalil (apologies if I miss spelt) who cut her hair. It is a warm and friendly environment to walk into and I recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic every time. My son and I have been going to Baris for over 10 years. We first went because my son was nervous of hairdressers and everyone at Indulgence made him feel relaxed and happy. Everytime I go, from the moment I walk through the door, the welcome is warm, Baris and all the staff are upbeat, friendly and efficient. Stunning salon! Went in wanting colour and was directed amazingly by the staff where we did balayage. The results were amazing and exactly what I wanted without knowing it. Baris is the best hair dresser! For years I’ve box dyed my hair and found it impossible to get a hair colour I like (I’ve tried them all!). Baris took the time to listen to what I wanted and produced the most beautiful balayage that was genuinely better than the photos I showed him or what I could have ever imagined.The team really look after you and make you feel at ease, I went on a Friday afternoon and one of the salon assistants went to buy wine from the shop which was a lovely gesture.I’m looking forward to my next hair transformation with Baris, thank you again!

I had a really great experience at the salon with their friendly employees and a welcoming director who cut my hair! I had a relaxing hair wash and chair massager. The director gave me great advice on how to cut and style my hair and I even received a free water bottle, drink and nibbles. Cannot recommend this salon enough! Baris and the team are always so welcoming and take the time to understand what I want. I am usually nervous going to get my hair done but never feel that way here and have done big hair transformations that I have loved. I always leave the salon with an elevated sense of confidence, I can't see myself going anywhere else! My blow dry also lasts for such a long time - almost a week!? So worth it
