After many disappointing cuts at various different salons I have found a keeper. Really friendly and clean place as well.

Went for hair cut after my regular hair dresser had moved. I was a bit hesitant as my hair is thick and voluminous(not easy to find people who knows how to style this kind of hair).Baris was very confident that he could give me the look I was after and I am happy I went there.

Whenever I visit this hair dresser I have an absolutely wonderful experience. The service and the staff are always fantastic. I have been getting my hair highlighted and cut here for months now and I am always absolutely thrilled with the results. Baris always listens closely and delivers the look I want. Lovely staff. Can't complain about this. Colour all good.Just one down stairs as I found a handful of hairs on my arm, after washing and putting a conditioner.I think the colour was to strong or they keep to long my hair before wash off.Few weeks later I notice hair are falling and so dry 😢 now.

Today I tried this salon for the first time and I can easily say that I will be their forever customer.Baris, the hair stylist was so talented and I had my hair cut with him by showing a picture that I found on pinterest. And the result was better than the picture I showed!Elena was also so welcoming and talented, she did one of the best blow drys that I ever had, and she also did a head massage which was so calming.Highly recommended 10/10

Baris gave me the most stunning highlights without drying out my hair alongside a beautiful trim. The consultation was great, he listened to what I wanted & proceeded to deliver. He was attentive, explained every part of the process & went through the aftercare thoroughly. The salon is immaculate & the staff are equally attentive. It was lovely, my daughter (pre-teen age) loved it. The experience was incredible for her as she got a scalp massage by the lady with the pink hair which was amazing and a fabulous experience with Kalil (apologies if I miss spelt) who cut her hair. Fantastic every time. My son and I have been going to Baris for over 10 years. We first went because my son was nervous of hairdressers and everyone at Indulgence made him feel relaxed and happy. Baris is the best hair dresser! For years I’ve box dyed my hair and found it impossible to get a hair colour I like (I’ve tried them all!). Baris took the time to listen to what I wanted and produced the most beautiful balayage that was genuinely better than the photos I showed him or what I could have ever imagined.The team really look after you and make you feel at ease, I went on a Friday afternoon and one of the salon assistants went to buy wine from the shop which was a lovely gesture.I’m looking forward to my next hair transformation with Baris, thank you again!
